By accessing and using JAG Work (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

JAG Work is a work-hours and pay tracking platform that helps users log shifts, manage pay profiles, and gain insights into their pay periods. Our service is designed to provide tools for personal work and pay tracking.

JAG Work provides the following services:

• Job and employer tracking
• Pay profile creation and management (rates, deductions)
• Shift logging and hours tracking
• Pay period grouping and estimated net pay
• Pay period reports and insights

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

We understand the sensitive nature of pay information. Our privacy practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain ownership of your work and pay data. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the shift and pay data you input into the Service. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided through our platform.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

JAG Work offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.

Subscription terms:

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of pay calculations or estimates
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers
• Security against all potential threats

We are not financial or payroll advisors. Estimated net pay figures provided through our Service are for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as an exact payroll calculation.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, though we will provide reasonable notice before permanent deletion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
